Sponsorship FAQ
Sponsorship FAQ
Q: How long does a session take?
A: Adoption day photos are quick—3–7 minutes per animal—but some personalities take longer. Outings? That’s a full-blown adventure.
Q: Where do sessions take place?
A: Most sessions are shot from my home studio on designated days. I also have a mobile studio and travel to shelters, rescues or outdoor locations when needed.
Q: Can you shoot outdoors?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes! Within our region, and with sponsorship, we can reach even more shelters and rescues!
Q: Do you travel to the West Coast?
A: We’d love to! We just need a little help getting there—after all, we travel with our six-pack of dogs. Want to donate an RV? 😉
Q: Can you photograph animals other than dogs?
A: Yes! Cats, rabbits, horses, and any adoptable pet that needs the spotlight.
Q: Can you photograph animals from a specific organization?
A: Absolutely! We welcome any animal in need, no matter their affiliation.
Q: Why do you charge when other photographers do it for free?
A: Professional photography takes time, equipment, and resources. Sponsorship keeps adoptable pets in the spotlight.
Q: Are sponsorships refundable?
A: Sponsorships are non-refundable, but if you sponsored a specific organization, it can be transferred to another organization. It will never go unused.
Q: Do you bribe pets with treats?
A: Absolutely! Liver treats are my secret weapon—no animal can resist.
Q: What if the pet refuses to cooperate?
A: With liver treats and a little patience, I have a 100% success rate—every pet eventually shines for the camera.
Q: Do pets get a say in outfits or props?
A: They always get final approval. 😉
Q: Can I request a “fun day out” photo session for long-term residents?
A: Yes! These outings are a full adventure and often reveal their personalities in ways the shelter can’t.
