Think classic portraits with an old-world feel, rich color and plenty of room to make it your own. Keep it classic and elegant, or go full Halloween if you're a spooky ghoul!

Strange Things Are Happening.

The lights flicker. The gate is open. Celebrating 10 years of Stranger Things, step into the Upside Down—a dark, decaying mirror of the world we know. Then lose yourself in The Void: a black, liminal expanse where reality gets a little harder to pin down and your portrait becomes something decidedly... else.

A little magic. A little mischief. Celebrating 25 years of Harry Potter on the big screen, this one is for those who picked a house and never quite left the magic behind. Start against a dramatic black backdrop, and then transform your portrait into the wizarding world, or take it somewhere moody with a richly colored Old World look.

My dog doesn't know "sit" or "stay" — can we still do this?
Absolutely. 99% of the dogs I photograph don't sit still! This is a fast, high-energy environment specifically designed around animal behavior. I use unique sounds, high-value treats, and professional split-second timing to capture their true personality, even if they are total wiggle-worms.
Can I bring multiple pets to a 30-minute slot?
Yes! You can bring up to 2 pets from the same household. To maximize your 30 minutes, we will efficiently split the time to get individual portraits of each animal, plus a shot together if they are willing participants. For more than 2, please book an additional spot.
Can I be in the photos with my pet?
You can absolutely jump in for a photo if you'd like! Just keep in mind that the primary focus of these commissions is on capturing expressive portraits of your pets, and the studio space itself is quite cozy.
What should I bring? And what should my pet wear?
Bring their favorite treats, toys, and anything special you want included in the shot! While my signature style generally favors pets looking classic and "in the nude" (unadorned to let their expressions shine), I will never decline to include an outfit, collar, or prop that is genuinely important to you.
How does the gallery work, and what is included?
Within 2 weeks of your commission, you will receive a private online gallery to select your included full-resolution digital files. Additional digital files can be added to your order.

Your commission also includes a $100 credit exclusively for collections of $300+, custom wall art or albums.

Note on the final proofs: Because of the small studio setup, basic unedited proofs may show background edges or studio lights. Rest assured, your final selected images will be completely and cleanly edited to look flawless, with all gear and background edges fully removed!
How do I use Afterpay at checkout?
When selecting your time slot on the booking page, you will see two checkout choices: PayPal and Square. To use Afterpay, simply choose Square at checkout, and you will be able to securely split your total into 4 interest-free installments.
Should my pet be groomed beforehand?
A fresh groom looks fantastic, but if you do schedule an appointment, try to book it for 2 to 3 days before your commission. This gives their coat a chance to settle naturally so they look their absolute best on camera.
What happens if I have an emergency and can't make it?
Because these spots are locked in back-to-back, commission fees are non-refundable. However, if an emergency keeps you from attending, your booking can be transferred forward to our next specialty portrait drop, or you can gift your spot to a friend or family member for their pet.

THE PRE-GAME

  • Grooming: A fresh bath and nail trim a day or two before the commission makes a massive difference.
  • Energy Level: A short walk or play session before you arrive helps burn off the "zoomies."
  • The Hunger Factor: Feed a light meal earlier in the day, but keep them motivated for treats!

WHAT TO PACK

  • The Favorites: We have treats, but bring any "must-have" snacks or tilted-head-trigger toys.
  • The Look: Have any specific collars, bandanas, or outfits ready to go.
